Jess Wright has sparked speculation that she has given birth to her first child after being inactive on social media for three days.The TOWIE sensation - who is expecting a son with new husband William Lee Kemp - has been documenting her pregnancy by posting on her Instagram stories regularly to update her fans along the way.
