Jennifer Lopez’s daughter Emme is publishing her own book at the tender age of 12. Meanwhile, today we walked from the sofa to the fridge and back again so, you know, similar levels of achievement.

Emme Muñiz, whose father is singer Marc Anthony, has written a picture book titled Lord Help Me, inspired by her own daily prayers.

The book will walk ‘readers through ordinary moments when Emme asks God for help – some small like waking up for school or getting along with a sibling and others big, like helping to save the planet and all its creatures’.
