The 24-year-old took to social media to publicly announce the new arrival and has since posted a selection of sweet snaps of her new pride and joy.
When one user asked her how the first few days had been treating her, she simply replied: "So. Tired." The couple have yet to announce their baby boy's name.
Eilish is the daughter of Jennifer's half brother, John Melick III. The actress' older half sibling, who is an assistant film director in Hollywood, has a different dad to the Along Came Polly star.
