Naman Ramachandran The Jeffrey Archer Company and Dream Bay Entertainment have entered into a strategic partnership to adapt the bestselling author’s works for television and film internationally, with an initial focus on Indian, Asian and the Middle Eastern markets.
DBE was founded in 2023 by former Amazon Studios executive Thomas Drachkovitch. Former CAA agent Jason Hafford recently joined as co-founder and head of DBE Management.
Archer’s works have been published in 114 countries in more than 47 languages and with 275 million copies sold worldwide. As revealed by Variety, “Sex Education” producer Eleven and Sony Television International are adapting Archer’s bestselling “Kane and Abel” trilogy for television.
Archer is also known for his Clifton Chronicles series of books and the William Warwick series. Archer is a frequent visitor to India, where his books are huge bestsellers and his talks and readings are usually oversubscribed.
