Nearly two months after he was reported missing, the family and friends of Jay Slater have today (August 10) gathered in Lancashire to pay tribute to the teen during a "celebration of life".
His loved ones have opted to wear blue instead of black. However, well-wishers who want to follow Jay's funeral today have been warned to steer clear of fake live streams taking advantage of the sad occasion.
Scammers have offered access to a live stream that LBT Global chiefs have urged people to avoid, describing the offer as "vile trolling".
Matthew Searle, the charity's Chief Executive, said: We ask that anyone seeing one of these pages reports it to the platform.
