co. uk recently spoke to the couple about what motivated them to agree to get involved in the production, which delves all the way back to New Year’s Day in 2011, when Maudie died unexpectedly from sepsis.
The toddler’s parents had become concerned over her health, resulting in her being taken to hospital twice, but her sepsis went undiagnosed after her flu symptoms masked the condition.
