At least six people died, with dozens more wounded. “This is a deeply somber day,” Maui Mayor Richard Bissen said. “The gravity of losing any life is tragic.
As we grieve with their families, we offer prayers for comfort in this inconsolable time.” Jason - who was born in Honolulu, Hawaii – took to Instagram on Wednesday to share his thoughts on the situation. Jason also included a link in his bio to organizations that were helping victims of the fire.
Several other stars spoke out about the news, including Carlos and Alexa PenaVega, who are Maui residents. “I have no words,” Carlos wrote on his Instagram Story. “Pray for Maui.
