England forward Jarrod Bowen has revealed how he used to follow Manchester United as a youngster because of his inspiration David Beckham.
The West Ham star was handed his international debut in the Three Lions' 1-0 loss to Hungary on Saturday. The 25-year-old enjoyed a fantastic season with the Hammers, scoring 18 times as his club reached the semi-finals of the Europa League.
Bowen has shown his versatility for West Ham, leading the line on several occasions this season but is often found playing on the flanks.
It may be no surprise, then, that he named England and United legend Beckham as his idol.
