Janice Dickinson has reportedly been forced to pull out of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! All Stars ahead of its highly-anticipated airing on the small screen later this month after suffering a severe head injury. The supermodel, 68, is believed to have tripped during the night after becoming disorientated and her injuries were said to be "horrific" following the fall.

She was rushed to hospital having made a swift exit from the ITV series. It is understood blood was 'gushing' from her head.Janice placed runner-up in the regular version of the popular reality show hosted by Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly in 2007 alongside winner Christopher Biggins. The former American's Next Top Model judge, who rose to fame as one of the most successful models of the 1970s and 1980s, had been scheduled to join the star-studded lineup in the new version of the series but the stint was cut short after her fall on set.

A source said: "Blood was gushing from her head and she was covered in dirt and dust. A crowd formed and one of the campmates had to ask everyone to stand back to give her space to breathe."The inside source continued to explain that the mom-of-two's injuries were so severe that on-set medics needed further help and they feared she had suffered a cracked skull. She was eventually given the all-clear by doctors at the hospital where she had been "doing great" but ended up having to quit the series because of the injury. They added to The Sun: "The injuries were severe enough that she had to be taken to hospital by ambulance."The on-set medics are very good but this needed her going to a fully equipped hospital.
