Scottish comedian Janey Godley has given a heart-rending update from her hospital bed, announcing she is now receiving "end-of-life" care as her cancer has spread.At the age of 63, Godley revealed that she has been admitted to a hospice after deciding against continuing with chemotherapy treatments.
