Scottish comedian Janey Godley has given a heart-rending update from her hospital bed, announcing she is now receiving "end-of-life" care as her cancer has spread.At the age of 63, Godley revealed that she has been admitted to a hospice after deciding against continuing with chemotherapy treatments.

Having initially disclosed her ovarian cancer diagnosis back in November 2021 and subsequently stating she had received the all-clear in 2022, Janey faced a setback when further scans indicated the return of the disease within her abdomen.The renowned performer shared the sombre news with her followers last Wednesday, addressing fan queries about her remaining time by stating: "I don't know how long I've got left before anybody asks.

I'm not a tick tock."In the poignant video, stretching little more than two minutes, Janey began earnestly explaining that she doesn't want to know how long she has left.

She said: "The chemo ran out of options, and I just couldn't take anymore of it and the cancer has spread. So it looks like this will be getting to near the end of it."
