It has been five days since Scots comic Janey Godley sadly passed away, and her daughter Ashley Storrie has thanked everyone for their messages although has admitted that she is struggling.

And now, Ashley admitted that she's seeking normalcy and although she is trying very hard, she is still struggling. She said: "Hello friends, a big thank you to everyone who has sent loads of lovely messages, I'm grateful, I'm trying to stick to some resemblance of normality, trying to leave the house.
Paul took me out yesterday, we had a meeting about work, then he took me to Nandos. She then made a lighthearted joke: "Then I got diarrhoea from eating Nandos, so normalcy! She then added: "Been to the gym today I'm trying very hard, and I appreciate all your messages, and I'm so sorry that I've not replied to everyone, in fact I don't think I've replied to anybody."I just don't have the wherewithal to type out messages.
