Jamie Oliver's son Buddy is the latest celebrity chef's child to land his own cooking show - but the CBBC star has said he was annoyed to see his famous dad arrive on set while he was showcasing his own culinary skills.
Buddy, 13, has certainly picked up his dad's passion for food and regularly features in Jamie's TV shows and social media posts, helping out in the kitchen and tasting recipes.
However, when the tables turned and Jamie stopped into Buddy's CBBC show Cooking Buddies, like any teen Buddy felt his dad was cramping his style. The kids TV star laughed: "It was a bit annoying when Dad came over, ha ha!
But it was fun!" He was pleased to have family dog Conker by his side though, saying: "Conker boosted my confidence and brought happiness to the set." Cooking Buddies started as a YouTube show and has now found a home at CBBC, where Buddy swaps recipe ideas with friends who teach him their skills including boxing, karate and football.
