Jamie Jewitt shows off body transformation and vows ‘I’m just getting started’
ok.co.ukJamie Jewitt has shown off his body transformation on Instagram and the dad-of-one undeniably looks great. Jamie, 31, took to social media to debut his trimmer figure after embarking on a strict diet and exercise regime.
In a video compilation, the former Love Islander documented his recent health kick, showing off several of his Muscle Food meals, as well as how hard he’s been training in the gym.
He also shared a before-and-after image of how he’s progressed. Alongside the video, Jamie wrote: “This year I’ve never felt more motivated to get back to a healthier state, body and mind, all with the help of the MuscleFood Goal Getters plan.The results I’ve had from @mfgoalgettersuk plan have been unbelievable so far and I’m just getting started.” He went on: “Dad bod diaries is in full swing and Can’t wait for you to see the new me early April!
I can’t recommend the Goal Getters plan with @musclefooduk any more sincerely, I’m sure you can see why.” Jamie’s pals were quick to comment on how good he looks and congratulated him on his success.
