Jamie Dornan has spoken out to defend Gal Gadot’s video for Imagine, after it didn’t go down as planned with some viewers. Gal Gadot, 34, had enlisted a host of A-list pals including Jamie to sing a cover of John Lennon’s song Imagine to lift fans’ spirits during the coronavirus crisis.

And despite pulling off the feat in spectacular style with the likes of Will Ferrell, Amy Adams, Kristen Wiig and Mark Ruffalo joining in, the video seemed to hit the wrong note with fans who slammed it as being ‘out of touch’.

Jamie, 37, revealed how he ended up involved, saying on the Tea With Me podcast: ‘Kristen and I did a movie together last summer that’s meant to be coming out on July 31 but who knows what will happen. ‘We got on brilliantly.
