With just a week of the transfer window to go, City, who secured their first win of the season on Saturday afternoon, hammering Norwich City 5-0 at the Etihad Stadium, remain keen on adding Kane to their squad in a bid to bolster their attacking options.
Spurs, however, are prepared to dig their heels in and try and price City out of a move, with chairman Daniel Levy poised to demand at least £150million for the England captain.
