Roy Keane has named Manchester United's Cristiano Ronaldo among his top three players currently operating in the Premier League.
Ronaldo's only Premier League start came against Brentford this season and he's been given a reduced role by Erik ten Hag. Ronaldo has made more starts in the Europa League, but he had the opportunity to record 60 minutes against Everton on Sunday.
Anthony Martial was forced to be substituted in the first half after sustaining an injury and Ronaldo entered the pitch to make an immediate impact when lashing the ball beyond Jordan Pickford from the left side of the attack to make it 2-1. Keane was on punditry duty on Monday night and he named Ronaldo among the top three players currently playing in the Premier League following that strike. “Kevin De Bruyne, Erling Haaland and Cristiano Ronaldo," Keane told Sky Sports when asked for his top three. “De Bruyne obviously plays in midfield and what he does week in, week out consistently is fantastic.
