James Franco has confessed that his long-standing bromance with fellow actor Seth Rogen is "over".The 46 year old star, who first shared the screen with Seth in the 1999 TV series Freaks And Geeks and later in movies Pineapple Express, This Is the End and The Disaster Artist, faced sexual misconduct allegations in 2018 and their friendship crumbled soon after.
Currently on a promotional tour for his post-war drama Hey Joe at the Rome Film Festival after a noticeable hiatus from Hollywood, James was quizzed by Variety about whether he still keeps in touch with Seth.
His reply: "No. I haven't talked to Seth." He added, "I love Seth, we had 20 great years together, but I guess it's over. And not for lack of trying.
I've told him how much he's meant to me." James has previously brushed off allegations from several women as "not accurate", but stated he did not want to "shut down" those who "did not have a voice." However, on The Jess Cagle Podcast, he conceded it was "wrong" to sleep with students at his acting school, denying it was part of a "masterplan," reports the Mirror.
