James Corden breaks silence on restaurant ban and labels backlash as 'so silly'

James Corden has broken his silence after being banned from a restaurant for his behaviour and says the situation is "so silly".

The Gavin and Stacey actor has spoken out after being accused of "yelling like crazy" at staff of the popular New York restaurant Balthazar when his wife's meal was cooked incorrectly.

The Late Late Show host has since brushed off the incident, and doesn't understand the furore over it as complaints happen in restaurants all over the world.

In an interview, James, 44, was asked if he was "all right" after the criticism sparked huge social media backlash. The actor questioned the reporter from the New York Times, asking what he meant, reports the Mirror.When the question was confirmed and he was asked further about being glad not to have to cancel his current engagements, James' tone is said to have changed.He defensively snapped: "I haven't done anything wrong, on any level.
