James Argent endured a rough end to 2019, having checked into a Thai retreat after fears he’d suffered a ‘drug overdose’. But the Towie star, 32, proved he’s back on track as he went for a run in Essex on Thursday.

Arg didn’t just get his daily hour of exercise in, he also managed to give a shout-out to his girlfriend, Gemma Collins, aka the meme queen herself.

He rocked a black jumper emblazoned with an image of the GC flashing a peace sign with the slogan ‘Mood’ above it. Erm, where can we buy one of those please?

James and Gemma appear stronger than ever since he returned from ‘rehab’ at the start of this year. On February 14, James shared a sweet video montage to Gemma, calling her a ‘one in a million’, which is frankly adorable.
