mirror.co.ukJames 'Arg' Argent is soon to have life-saving gastric surgery in a bid to slim down his physique. And the former TOWIE star - who is currently 26 stone - braved the chilly weather this week as soon as coronavirus restrictions changed to allow outdoor sports to resume.
Eager to exercise, the 33-year-old was spotted taking a dip at an open air swimming pool in Essex. James was dressed for the activity in black swimming shorts and covered his brown hair with a swimming cap.
Making sure he was fully kitted out to swim some lengths, he also donned some swimming goggles. Photographs captured at the venue showed James hopping in the pool and splashing about as he swam about.
