Jadon Sancho torn apart as Chelsea ‘deceived’ after Man United transfer agreement

John Obi Mikel has unleashed a scathing tirade on Jadon Sancho, accusing him of fooling Chelsea and urging him to "wake the f*** up".

After his momentous £73million move from Borussia Dortmund, Sancho struggled to make an impact at Old Trafford. This led to a loan spell back in Germany before he departed the club for Stamford Bridge this summer.

He initially showed signs of promise under Enzo Maresca and produced a man-of-the-match display in his first game. Yet, beyond those early flashes of brilliance, Sancho's contribution has been underwhelming, and Mikel, a stalwart with nearly 400 appearances for the Blues, didn't hold back in expressing his disappointment. "Jadon Sancho, he's come on, and he's deceived us with a couple of games," Mikel remarked on The Obi One Podcast. "We thought, 'Oh, f*****g hell, now we're getting the Jadon Sancho from Dortmund'.

But he's gone again. I don't know what's happened to Jadon. He's disappeared. "Off the grid. He takes the ball. He doesn't go past people any more.
