Will Smith’s biopic hangs in the balance as both Netflix and Apple+ have reportedly pulled out after the actor slapped Chris Rock at the 2022 Oscars.The two streaming giants were originally fighting for rights to host his new biopic, based on his best-selling autobiography Will - however they have both reportedly withdrawn from the race to bring the actor’s story to life. The news comes after 53-year-old Will stormed the stage at the Oscars and slapped Chris Rock after the host made a joke about wife Jada Pinkett Smith’s shaved head, referring to her as the next G.I Jane.
