Police are hunting a gang after 10 hot-tubs worth £50,000 were stolen from a company near Edinburgh. The jacuzzis were taken from the Advanced Hot Tubs and Swim Spas yard in Macmerry, near Tranent, overnight.
The well-organised crooks used two flatbed trucks and a small crane to make off with the huge spas that each weigh 450kg.They also broke in to a neighbouring builders yard and stole a forklift to help with the massive haul.Company boss Kevin Higginson issued a plea to help track down the spas on Twitter.Mr Higginson told The Daily Record: “This is a lot of equipment to shift.
