Mum-of-two Jac, 28, posted the mean comments made by a follower named Hayley, who slammed the star for "never making an effort".
The star shared a screen grab of the private DM message that read: "Why don't you ever make an effort with yourself when you are at home?" The woman scathingly added in response to her at-home story post: "You always look such a mess," to which Jac had simply replied: "Wow." When the soap star went on to share her brunch look, the same woman.
