The ex-EastEnders star, 28, made the subtle gesture during her recent I'm A Celebrity cameo. She was crowned Queen of the Jungle last year with Corrie star Andy Whyment placing runner up, and the pair took part in a competition sketch for the show's advert breaks.
In the clip, Jacqueline waits by the side of a road for Andy to pick her up and she's seen phoning him in a panic. With the mobile to her ear, a picture of Dan, 29, and his son Teddy, who he has with his ex, can be seen through her fingers.
