Jac uploaded a snap of four chocolate bars - one for her and three for the kids. The EastEnders actress' bar said "Special wife", while their daughters' - Ella, five, and Mia, two - simply read "daughter".
He also bought one for his son Teddy, six, who is his child from another relationship. The pair have been stronger than ever and recently came back from a trip to Greece.
