Robbie Neilson ’s claim that Hibs were happy with a point in last Sunday’s Edinburgh derby as an “untruth”. The Hearts boss claimed there was a difference in mentality between the two sides after the goalless draw as the visitors “celebrated” the result in front of the travelling fans whilst his charges headed back to the home dressing room to sit in silence.
But Ross, who was part of Neilson’s coaching staff during his first stint at Tynecastle, has hit back at his former colleague’s assessment, insisting the Hibees were only thanking their fans for their backing in Gorgie.
He said: "A couple of things: one, I don't really concern myself with what other managers say and two, I don't concern myself with untruths.
