Jack Grealish is set for his first England start in tonight’s Wembley friendly with Wales. England boss Gareth Southgate has confirmed he is going to use an experimental team - and that will give in-form Grealish his big chance.
Aston Villa captain Grealish made his England senior debut in last month’s Nations League game in Denmark as a late substitute.
Now Grealish is in line to play in a front three with Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Danny Ings as a reward for his form with Villa.
Grealish, 25, became the first player in Premier League history to have a hand in five goals against Liverpool after registering three assists and two goals in Villa’s 7-2 win over the champions.
