MEN Sport understands that although nothing has been agreed yet with either Villa or Grealish in regards to a possible transfer, City are ready to spend £100m on the Villa captain, with sources close to the player believing he will get a move to the Etihad this summer.
The 25-year-old creative midfielder is currently with the England squad as they prepare for their Euro 2020 last-16 clash with Germany at Wembley Stadium on Tuesday.
