Love Island's Jack Fincham has opened up about the reasons behind his split from Dani Dyer in 2019, a year after their victory on the ITV2 show.The 33 year old reality star got emotional in a recent interview as he recounted his darkest moments last year when he attempted to take his own life following a spree of over £1 million on "drugs, booze and gambling".

In a candid conversation with The Sun, Jack admitted that his drug addiction was the catalyst for his breakup with Dani Dyer, his co-winner on Love Island in 2018. "Drugs helped my relationship with Dani fail," he confessed. "I was absent, my priorities were wrong, I wasn't a great boyfriend.

I am determined to change my future." The TV personality is currently dating TOWIE's Chloe Brockett, 24, who had to dial emergency services last summer out of fear that Jack might harm himself.

After thinking he had gambled away his "last penny", Jack nearly jumped off a hotel balcony during a getaway with Chloe. "If I'd have dived at a different angle, I may not be here today.That is scary," he reflected. "My ankle was purple and I couldn't walk for weeks.
