Josie had a drink in her hand as she promoted an ITV competition and she soaked up the rays from a boat in the middle of the sea.
The star was dared to jump in the water by Alison and Dermot and, never one to give up on a challenge, she did it happily, writes the Mirror.
It was Josie's final bit of work for the show before a holiday, although she won't be away from TV screens for too long as she is set to be one of the many presenters to replace usual hosts Holly Willoughby and Phillip Schofield while they take a summer break for eight weeks.
