The 28-year-old presenter made a return to South Africa to deliver the news that that the couple with the fewest votes from the public would be at risk of being dumped.
After announcing that Olivia and Maxwell, Shaq and Tanya, Claudia and Keanan and Rosie and Casey were each in the bottom four, it was Olivia and Maxwell who voted out as the 'least compatible' couple.
But the drama didn't stop there as Maya then revealed a plot twist which saw dumped islanders Olivia and Maxwell get to choose a couple who would also be leaving with them.
