ITV Love Island's Alex Bowen says Scott Thomas is 'smashing it' in villa stint

Ahead of tonight's latest Love Island episode, which is set to rock the villa with a new bombshell arrival, an OG favourite of the ITV dating series has opened up on his views so far.Alex Bowen admitted he thinks pal Scott Thomas is "smashing it" in his epic return to the villa, with fans swooning over his appearance despite his lack of game when it comes to flirting.In an exclusive chat with the Daily Record, Alex, who appeared on the second series of the original show alongside Scott in 2016, gave viewers an insight into what moves he thinks Scott will make, as he backs new bombshell Tina Stinnes.

Tina originally made a beeline for Scott all those years ago, before he ended up with Kady McDermott. However Alex doesn't see a romance blossoming between the pair.The 33-year-old told us, "I've been completely locked in with it, I am obsessed with it.

With Scott being in there, it's quite nostalgic for me to watch it all unfold as well."He added, "If I'm honest I don't think [Tina] will go for Scott, but I am really excited to watch tonight's to be honest.

When Tina came in on my season she initially went for Scott, and then there was the whole thing with Kady and it all kicked off. "I don't know if she's going to look at it from the perspective of 'I want to try that one again' or go for someone else."Alex also responded to Scott asking the boys for kissing tips which had fans in stitches.
