The Mysterious Girl singer, 50, and doctor Emily, 34, first announced the happy news they were expecting baby number three last year on social media.
The couple have been happily married since 2015, with Peter set to become a dad for the fifth time.Peter shares kids Junior, 18, and Princess, 16, with his ex-wife Katie Price and went on to have two children Amelia, nine, and Theo, six, with now wife Emily.
Appearing on the ITV show on Thursday the couple announced they were keeping their new baby's gender a surprise, the Mirror reports.
