Running through her top 14 items Emily packed sensibly and carefully choosing nappies, baby wipes, nappy bags, sanitary towels and disposable briefs for the first stages of life post-birth.
She also added breast pads and nipple cream for when she starts breast feeding too, and remembered that comfort is also key.
She packed beautiful striped, monochrome pyjamas, soft underwear and a sugary sweet pink going home outfit, too. Snacks are on hand in the form of Nature Trail fruit and nut bars for sustained energy and a toiletry bag packed with her home comforts were also on-hand.
