Peter Andre shared an update on his wife Emily MacDonagh's pregnancy on Thursday night, 15 March, revealing she had started feeling contractions as their baby's due date nears.

Television personality and musician Peter, 51, used Instagram to film his doctor wife Emily, 34, rubbing her belly as Braxton Hicks contractions happened.

Emily blamed good-natured Peter for making her laugh, which led to the contractions.The singer provided a light-hearted commentary, teasing: "She's having a Toni Braxton guys." To keep the fun mood, Peter played Toni Braxton's famous song Unbreak My Heart in the background whilst Emily lay comfortably on the couch dressed in a cosy grey tracksuit, gently touching her stomach.

She commented on how one side of her bump felt different from the other, explaining: "Oh, it's settling down now, nearly. It's all gone on this side but this side feels empty.This side feels like a rock." In good humour, Peter captioned the video: "The braxtons are real.
