The pair, who had a bit of a tiff earlier this week, will have to answer aquatic-themed questions while submerged, in a trial called Fishy Business.
In a preview clip, Sam is seen screaming as a toad lands on his head, while hosts Ant and Dec look on laughing. Just a few days ago, Nella took part in the Touchdown of Terror trial inside the Scarena.
Sam tried to encourage her with some kind words, but it didn't go down too well. Nella found Sam a bit too much and told him to stay calm.
