But while the tasks and meals are certainly a gruelling challenge, it may surprise viewers to know that this isn’t the first time Josie has embarked on a challenging journey, as she previously slimmed down from a size 18 to a size 12 in just nine weeks, back in 2019.

The 38 year old star, who famously won Big Brother back in 2010, revealed her stunning transformation on Instagram at the time, as she showcased the fruits of her labour.

Speaking at the time, Josie wrote: “Bye bye back fat!!! Sorry you have to see this! I’m so nearly there, I have my waist back and it feels amazing.
