ITV Emmerdale fans puzzled as Charity Dingle crime scene completely ignored in awkward blunder
ok.co.ukEmmerdale viewers were left confused during the latest episode, 23 February, as it appeared that the ITV soap had left out an incredibly important part of the legal system after Charity Dingle (played by Emma Atkins) stabbed her husband Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb).
It had been weeks in the making, but Charity sadly lost it when Mack surprised her during the middle of a night terror during Thursday night's episode.
As a result, her PTSD condition flared up in a major way, and the pub landlord became confused and hurt her husband, thinking it was evil villain Damon Harris instead.
Thankfully, Moira Dingle (Natalie J. Robb) turned up just in time and managed to call the police and ambulance, but in the following episode, Mack was still in intensive care in hospital.
