Dancing on Ice has revealed that one of its star contestants was forced to quit after sustaining a last-minute injury. Josh Jones has had to bow out from Dancing on Ice just hours before tonight's (January 26) live show.
The comedian, 32, and ice pro partner Tippy Packard will no longer compete in the popular ITV programme after sustaining a nasty injury during a recent practice session.
Dancing on Ice's official Instagram account shared the unfortunate development. It said: "Josh Jones sustained an injury during rehearsals and has had to withdraw from Dancing on Ice. "Josh and Tippy’s partnership will be greatly missed.
We will be helping to support Josh and wish him well with his recovery.” Fans were left heartbroken over the news, with one commenting: "Oh that's so sad.
