Jude Riordan has melted the hearts of Coronation Street fans since his debut as Sam Blakeman in 2020. On Monday night’s episode, 15 April, viewers will witness Sam teaming up with Bobby Crawford in an effort to save cafe owner Roy Cropper, who has been unfairly caught up in the murder investigation of Lauren.
Roy's past and uncompromising honesty have put him in a difficult position, leading Sam and Bobby to take matters into their own hands when they learn that Roy has been denied bail.
Sam turns to his girlfriend, Hope, for support as they delve into uncovering information about Lauren's murder. Inspired by Leanne's newfound positive mindset from her 'guru' Rowan, Sam devises a plan to approach the investigation with a fresh perspective.
The young actor is no stranger to the spotlight, having previously worked alongside Michelle Keegan. Michelle, who played Tina McIntyre on the cobbles from 2008 until 2014, is also known for playing Jude's on-screen mum Erin in Sky One's comedy-drama Brassic, where Jude plays the role of Tyler.
