ok.co.ukCoronation Street spoilers have revealed Ed Bailey will try his best to keep the truth about his gambling a secret despite his son, Michael Bailey, being arrested.The residents of Weatherfield are still coming to terms with the crimes committed by Stephen Reid, and the police are still trying to work out what happened during recent months.
One of the crimes that Stephen committed was stealing £250,000 from the factory by convincing Micheal to give him his access codes to the bank.
As a result of his innocent part in the theft, Micheal was sacked from his job at Underworld and asked his dad, Ed, and uncle Ronnie, for the £1,000 he invested in their business back.
Viewers watched on Monday, 23 October, as Ed gambled the money on a horse, which luckily won, but when he got home with the winnings, he stuffed it in a bag in the hallway in a bid to hide it from his children.
