Coronation Street enthusiasts are left in suspense as the truth about Lauren Bolton's disappearance is about to unfold. The teenager has been missing for several weeks, and what started as a missing person's case has now escalated into a murder investigation.

Lauren was last seen in Weatherfield on February 23 after being dismissed from her job at Roy's Rolls by Roy himself. The cafe proprietor later visited her with her wages and some additional money to help her out.

However, shortly afterwards, an unknown individual paid a visit to her home, who viewers did not get to see.Consequently, she hasn't been seen alive since then, and it was her new romantic interest, Bobby, Carla Connor's nephew, who discovered her flat unlocked and eerily vacant.

Although Bobby reported Lauren as missing to the police, it wasn't until Sean Tully viewed the flat and noticed blood on the curtains that the investigation into her disappearance truly began.
