It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and Abbott Elementary are officially working on a crossover episode.Sunny star/co-creator Rob McElhenney revealed the news in a social media post on Thursday (October 3), including a photo of him, his co-star Charlie Day and Abbott star/creator Quinta Brunson.

He also pointed out that Sunny airs on Disney’s FX network, while Abbott airs on Disney’s ABC, making such a crossover possible.Earlier this year, Brunson hinted to Variety’s Awards Circuit Podcast that something was indeed in the works.When asked directly if an Abbott/Sunny crossover was coming, she said: “Deals are made.
