With every passing year we are edging closer towards a cashless society - but is this a good thing? Card and mobile payments have become the most common way to pay, with the coronavirus pandemic swiftly speeding up the shift in payment.We are encouraged every day to pay at ease with our phones or by simply tapping our cards, so is it time to make the change in customer habit a permanent thing by ditching coins and notes?One argument for keeping cash payments is that the technological shift has caused concern and struggle for the older population over the years.
