Jamie Martin admits he’s desperate to make up for lost time after two months on the sidelines at Irvine Meadow. The 22-year-old playmaker’s season was curtailed by a broken ankle suffered in a training ground accident on November 4.
The fact Meadow haven’t won a league game since perhaps shows just how much they’ve missed the former Ayr United starlet’s guile and creativity.
Martin insists the feeling is very much mutual and admits sitting on the sidelines has been a hugely frustrating experience.
Now as he targets a return to action by the end of the month he admits he’s itching to make an impact again and help Medda kick-start a faltering season.
