Irn-Bru workers are to resume strikes after union bosses accused A.G. Barr of 'illegal activity' during industrial action at the company’s Scots distribution centre.

Unite claims the soft-drinks giant has been using agency labour during strike action, which is a criminal offence. It has now reported A.G.
