There are many ways to "do" Eurovision successfully, but the most obvious path to success is one many people actually overlook: just enter with a good song.

Brooke Scullion - a former Top 3 finalist in The Voice UK's 2020 series - has thankfully chosen to follow this advice. That's Rich, a break-up song inspired sonically by the likes of Blondie, Avril Lavigne and Paramore, is hoping to take Brooke all the way to Eurovision 2022 as Ireland's finalist.

It's a confident song, both sonically and lyrically, which isn't interested in being anything else other than a good song from beginning to end. "Eurovision wasn't immediately in my mind [for the song]," Brooke reveals to us. "Because it isn't the typical Eurovision song.
