Nurses, doctors and consultants at St George’s Hospital in London spoke about how “demoralising” it was to see members of the public flout the rules and the toll their work had taken on them.
Before the latest Covid-19 restrictions were announced, staff in the intensive care unit at the London hospital spoke to the BBC.
They shared experiences from struggling with the “worst shifts of my entire life” to worrying about the “scars” this will leave some staff with.
