Perth cancer fighter Lily Douglas has shared her top tip for getting through shielding with the country. The 12-year-old is appearing in a Scottish Government advert with advice on how she has dealt with being isolated.Introduced by TV presenter Laura Boyd, Lily is one of six people who have had to shield due to the coronavirus pandemic to take part in the Scottish Government advert. Thousands of pounds worth of drugs seized after police chase Lily, a pupil at St John’s Academy, said: “During shielding, I’ve been doing lots of dancing the exercise classes to keep me fit, health and strong.”The 90-second clip also includes advice like putting on an uplifting podcast and going for a walk, baking, not thinking too far ahead, staying in regular.
